Information for Year 3 Children and Parents

SACRAMENTAL PROGRAMME PREPARATION FOR HOLY FAMILY SCHOOL

REGISTRATION FOR THIS YEAR’S PROGRAMME HAS NOW CLOSED

The First Meting for Parents

will take place at 5:00pm on Tuesday 2nd February. Please note this and all future meetings will take place via Zoom) and you will be sent the necessary links and joining instructions before each meeting.

Tuesday 9th February – Children and Parents Zoom Meeting at 5:00pm (The Journey)

16th March – Children and Parents Zoom Meeting at 5:00pm (Preparation for First Confession)

23rd March – Celebration of First Confession in Holy Family Church at 6:00pm.

18th May – Children and Parents Zoom Meeting at 5:00pm. (Jesus shows us how to love).

8th June – Children and Parents Zoom Meeting at 5:00pm. (We are the Body of Christ – Preparation for First Holy Communion).

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION MASSES

AT HOLY FAMILY CHURCH AT 10:00am

You will be asked to choose one of the above Masses at which your child will make their First Holy Communion. Numbers will be limited to 6 children per Mass and 6 guests per child will be allowed to attend.

REGISTRATION FOR THIS YEAR’S PROGRAMME IS NOW CLOSED

Wednesday 10 February 7:30pm Parents introduction Zoom

Wednesday 3 March 5:00pm Children’s introduction Zoom

Wednesday 17 March 5:00pm Children’s meeting – preparation for Reconciliation Zoom

Saturday 20 March 10:00am First Reconciliation Service in Church

Wednesday 26 May 5:00pm Children’s meeting – preparation for First Holy Communion Zoom

For the celebration of First Holy Communion there are four possible dates for this. Parents will be invited to sign up for one of the dates when the programme begins.

Sunday 6th June 3:00pm First Holy Communion Mass

Sunday 13 June 3:00pm First Holy Communion Mass

Sunday 20 June 3:00pm First Holy Communion Mass

Sunday 4 July 3:00pm First Holy Communion Mass

If for any reason the Government imposes new regulations regarding the closure of churches then the programme dates will be deferred.
